Service Agreement & Terms

1.Booking & Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This ensures your time slot and allows us to prepare the proper team and equipment.

2. Final Payment:

The remaining 50% is due immediately after completion of the service. If our crew is required to wait on-site for more than 20 minutes for payment, an additional waiting fee will apply.

3. Accepted Payment Methods:

– Zelle
– Check (Payable to BZ Dream Properties)
– Direct deposit
– Credit/Debit Card (website only)

4. Minimum Service:

We do not require a minimum charge or job size. No task is too small.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be non-refundable.
If you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, 15% of your deposit will be deducted from your refund or final bill.

6. Client Presence & ID Requirement:

A responsible adult must be physically present at the job site at the start of the service and present a valid U.S. ID. If no one is available, the job will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
